CBS Packaging specialises in manufacturing die-cut boxes in a wide range of shapes, sizes and styles. Instead of the traditional 0201 style cardboard cases, we create our die cut packaging by using the latest in automatic die cutting machinery. Our conversion machines manufacture made to manufacture die cut boxes in huge volumes. These types of boxes require a cutting forme to cut out the shape from the corrugated board, very similar to how a cookie cutter works.

Die cut packaging is one of the more common types of boxes we manufacture, they are perfect for eCommerce packaging as the boxes can be designed around your exact product requirements. Made to measure packaging, printed with your logo and brand. These boxes give a more professional appearance. They are also designed with ease of assembly in mind, creating better usability with an improved customer opening experience.  Self seal boxes, carry handles, locking flaps, hinged lids, integrated fittings, and divisions. The options are endless.

The most common FEFCO styles are 0426 and 0427 boxes. You can read more about these on their respective pages. Generally, these are the two styles we manufacture at CBS Packaging, sometimes with slight variations. Locking flaps create a fast, secure closing solution. Alternatively, a pre-applied peel and seal tape can be added to the boxes, saving time on assembly. Along with a crash lock base, create a fast, quick fulfilment, ideal for postal packaging.
